GARDP

About GARDP (registered under the legal name GARDP Foundation) is a not-for-profit global health organization driven to protect people from the rise and spread of drug-resistant bacterial infections.

By carrying out research and development and forging public-private partnerships, GARDP is ensuring that the right antibiotics are developed and reach the people who need them. We embed affordability, appropriate use and sustainability for high-burden countries and populations into R&D licensing so that new treatments reach the people who need them most.

How we share on the Vivli Platform To obtain GARDP’s antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance data for analysis, researchers should use the AMR Register platform to submit a request. The anonymized data will then be made available to the researcher to download. Data for ongoing surveillance programs will be updated annually.
Programs Listed for Sharing GARDP’s AMR surveillance data available on the AMR Register:

  • In vitro activity of flomoxef, fosfomycin and other antibiotics used routinely to treat sepsis in neonates versus a global panel of third-generation cephalosporin-resistant Enterobacterales.
What information will be provided Where available, the following data and information is provided for each dataset:

  • Raw dataset. This is the dataset containing the anonymized isolate level data collected during the study. Any supporting information or documentation, such as a data dictionary may also be included. The dataset can be downloaded.
  • Program description. Information about how the data were collected are provided on the Vivli program pages.
  • Links to Publications. Links to journal publications based on the data collected are provided on the Vivli program pages.
Data Request Review Process Researchers can request access to our datasets by completing a data request form on the AMR register. The datasets can be downloaded.
Review Criteria for Data Requests Pursuant to the US DOJ Final Rule – Preventing Access to Americans’ Bulk Sensitive Personal Data and United States Government-Related Data by Countries of Concern (28 CRF Part 202).

  • Requests from Countries of Concern or Covered Persons for accessing datasets are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, requests from Countries of Concern or Covered Persons for accessing datasets that include sensitive personal data of US persons will have that data removed before sharing.
