2025 Finalist and Award-Winning Solutions

Congratulations to the awardees and finalists!

Vivli is pleased to announce the awardees of the 2025 AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) Surveillance Data Challenge. The aim of the 2025 Vivli AMR Surveillance Data Challenge, funded by Johnson & Johnson, Paratek, Pfizer, and an NIH award*, is to promote utilization of the Vivli AMR Register to more researchers and drive advances in the AMR field. We believe that important questions in surveillance could be answered, or tools developed through this Data Challenge.

Decorative imageA total of 58 teams with members from 22 different countries participated in the AMR Data Challenge. This event served as a unique platform for multidisciplinary teams to leverage high-quality industry AMR surveillance data, proposing groundbreaking advancements and tools for use in AMR surveillance. The Challenge culminated in the recognition of six outstanding winners and one honorable mention, selected by a distinguished judging panel.

Vivli would like to thank everyone who took part. The submissions displayed an amazing array of innovative ideas, and dedication to helping solve the AMR crisis. Learn more about the 2025 Data Challenge here.
